Quicktest

Not all ocular aberrations can be by the laser treatment (Femto Lasik). If you have a high myopia or if you are 50, other techniques are often a better solution for you. Therefore we offer you the opportunity to do a QUICKTEST that is organised weekly on Tuesday afternoons from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., by appointment. If you wear contact lenses, you can take them off for the test on the spot.

During the QUICKTEST a limited number of measurements, that will give you an indication of possible treatments, are taken. During this visit the secretariat will be at your service to answer your questions and you can look at an informative DVD on the conduct and organization of the Lasik surgery.

The QUICKTEST will take about 30 minutes. Before planning an operation a more extensive exam has to be done. The cost of the QUICKTEST, will be deducted from the price of the preoperative exam. Dr. Vryghem will analyze the results of this test and we will contact you by phone the next day to let you know if there are no contraindications.
